All of the roads leading to the PNC Bank in Plainwell were shut down this morning after the bank on North Main Street was robbed.

The suspect in the case claimed to have a bomb, so law enforcement officers called in a bomb team and began closing down the streets in the area.

The Allegan County Sheriff’s Office, and the Plainwell police and fire department teams responded.

Sheriff’s deputies, in a post on the office’s Facebook page, were seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect, from images captures on surveillance cameras.
